The Oregon Cannabis Association PAC Hosts Governor Brown, Congressman Blumenauer and Others
Last week, the Oregon Cannabis Association Political Action Committee hosted a wildly successful fundraiser. Guests included Governor Kate Brown, Congressman Earl Blumenauer, Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum, Seante Majority Leader Ginny Burdick, House Majority Leader Jennifer Williamson, Portland City Commissioner Amanda Fritz and a number of other state and local leaders.
The OCA is Oregon’s premiere cannabis industry trade association. We do education, networking and community involvement. We also work with the Legislature, the OLCC, the OHA and others to make sure that the laws and rules governing Oregon’s cannabis industry are both fair and functional. The PAC works to further the Association’s agenda by endorsing and contributing to the candidates and elected officials who support our industry and our community. Thanks to last week’s fundraiser, the PAC will have significant resources to help shape the upcoming election.
The OCA and the PAC hope to represent as many members of Oregon’s cannabis community as possible. To learn more about how you can join the OCA, click the link below.
